Original publisher's pamphlet printed on beige paper. 6 5/8" x 9 3/4." Six unnumbered pages (one leaf folded into three double-sided panels), complete. Two blue and white illustrations, complete. One of the illustrations is a reprinted photograph of "Mariposa Street, Fresno," where the convention might have been held. There is an advertisement on the inside of the front cover for "The New Book Store" at "2436 Telegraph Ave., Berkeley, Cal.; At 23 Grant Ave, S. F. before the fire." which sold Sunday School books and supplies. One of the panels advertises transportation services by the Southern Pacific Railroad. Another ad promotes The Western Methodist Book Concern, a publisher and bookseller. The schedule of events lists the title, time, and speaker (if applicable) of each event with no additional accompanying text.
