It is the author's contention that his father,Alexei,the Tsarevich,did not die with the rest of his family in Ekaterinburg in 1918,but survived in the West as 'Nikolai Chebotarev' until 1987; that his grandparents,therefore,were the Tsar and Tsarina Nicholas and Alexandra.
