This copy is a presentation copy to "Mrs. Charles Kurtz" her husband was an artist and first director of the Albright-Knox Art Musium in Buffalo,NY.The author has signed his name and dated this copy 1886.Condition, Very Good, cover does have some discoloring at the bottem front heel, Front fly leaf is a bit loose( can be repaired ).some chipping at the spine bottem.
