This is a Dutch translation. A much owned book. The cover is charmingly decorated, and this remains elegant and attractive. The edges and corners and seams much worn and the covers are marked and scuffed from storage. The front and end papers are also worn. The gutterings at the fore and aft are cracked. The book remains secure and benign. The first free page has a previous owner signature (from Botha's Kraal). The contents are aged but sure. The pages are slightly tanned and foxed.
