Full color and black and white illustrations throughout by the author, Johnny Gruelle. Full color illustrations of Raggedy Ann and friend on endpapers. Not paginated, publisher's advertisement on last page. Condition of hardcover: Shelf wear, two corners showing a tad. Light creases to top of pages, bump to foot of rear joint (affecting same area of pages with creases), along with small scrap and age browning at foot of extremity of rear cover. Two pages have either light smudges or scrapes, endpapers lightly age toned; else overall Very Good. Free of cracks and tears to binding, stickers and bookplates, a child's writing or scribbling on pages, and page tears. Not a former library book. Text is clear and very readable, illustrations are clear and vivid. Dustjacket: Wear, age toning and smudges, chips, short tears, small pieces missing from extremities, short vertical tear on spine panel, else overall Good. Yet full color illustrations on dustjacket are still bright, vivid. Protected in Mylar cover.
