The booklet is in very good condition with a small skinned spot where a label was removed at bottom edge of front cover. Lyndall Fownes Urwick (1891-1983) was an British management consultant and business thinker. He is recognized for integrating the ideas of earlier theorists like Henri Fayol into a comprehensive theory of management administration. He wrote an influential book called The Elements of Business Administration, published in 1943.
