Illustrations include the historical marker, and grave stone for General Christopher Riffe, who was the first white settler of Casey County, in 1793, the old water mill of Colonel Jesse Coffey at Middleburg as it appeared about 1930, Old Coffy's Mill painted by the author, and portraits of Colonel Frank L.
