Good plus considering age. Dark brown covers with blind stamped flowers and vines on front cover. Nice gold title and author's name also on front, rear cover and spine are blank. Very minor cover usage showing. Teeny bit of corner and spine end open wear. Back cover does have a few small ripples in the cloth, front hinge is cracked open almost all of the way causing a few pages to become completely separated. And the rest of the text somewhat shaky. Text has light normal page browning and a few bits of foxing throughout.
