Datelined December 8, 1909 in Sacramento, California. 8 1/4" x 5 1/4." Billhead is clean and intact except for light age toning, a few vertical fold lines, slight wrinkling, and a few small faint stains. A Very Good copy. An original billhead from McGillivray Construction Company of Sacramento, California to Elsie J. O'Brien. This bill is for an assessment by McGillivray Construction Company in which it assessed "curbs, gutters, sewers, oiled macadam on 1st street between B street and H street, issued by the Supt. of Streets against all of lot 186 in block bounded by Boulevard Park streets; Fronting on 21st street, [x?] feet; Crossing on E street, 40 feet; Alley crossing between S street and E street, 40 feet; To improvement of area between park strips." The printed header reads, "To McGillivray Construction Co. Dr., 1007 Seventh Street, Payable at office of Capital Banking and Trust Co., Seventh and J Streets."
