The boards have storage-related mottling. They have handling and shelving wear. Otherwise, they are sturdy, stead and sound. The front pastedown has a small biography of Lilien affixed to it. The pages are mellow and benevolent. They have evidence of contented and repeated use throughout. There are flushes and blotches of storage foxing here and there throughout.
