First Edition (first printing) - this copy inscribed by the author to an un-named recipient and dated the year after publication. Small 8vo. 46pp. Cloth-backed boards lettered in black at the spine and in blue at the upper board. Boards a little rubbed and marked with just a trace of browning to the free endpapers. A very crisp copy in dust soiled, nicked and internally repaired dust wrapper. Former owner name neatly inked to the front pastedown and again to the head of the free endpaper. Twenty-nine poems, including 'Poem for Dylan'. The author's third collection of verse, following the co-authored privately printed 'Poems' (1947) and 'Poems from the Mountain-House' (1950).. Book.
