Per Preface, the occasions of these travels were that Senn was an official delegate of the U.S. to the Seventh Conference of the International Red Cross in St Petersburg, Russia, May 1902; a midwinter vacation to 8 West Indies Islands in Jan. 1903; and as an official delegate of our government to the Madrid International Medical Congress.
