A map at the end of the book is absent. Otherwise this book, thanks to the photographs, is utterly engaging and fascinating. The covers are much worn and marked, scuffed and stained. It is however, secure and sure. The guttering along the inside front and back covers are cracked but do not affect the security of the book. The frontispage has a complimentary slip affixed. The pages have evidence of contented use throughout. They are comfortable, worn, assured and genial. There is some foxing and age marking.
