Laura Wall is an artist,illustrator and author with a studio and gallery based in Teignmouth, Devon.She works with her husband,and together they run their art gallery where she can often be found painting or writing.Receiving a scholarship to go to Aberystwyth University of Wales in 2003,she studied Fine Art,Illustration and Media.Left with a first degree honour and it was where she wrote her first children’s book ‘Goose’.After university,a job at a television company working as an editor assistant but she left after three years,and in 2010 gave up her job to become an artist.
'Love at the Seaside' series and by the end of 2010 had 10 galleries showing the artwork,and has grown into a huge portfolio of work featuring many different places around the UK which are sold in galleries around the UK.Now, best known for her children’s book series called 'Goose',which she originally wrote and created at University.Offered to in excess of over 50 publishers and in 2012,a book deal was agreed and the first 'Goose' books published by Award Publications Ltd.
There are now 13 books in the series,available in over 40 countries and have been translated in over 10 languages!
