Possible 1st edition determined by the price on the jacket's flap. The boards are a touch edge worn and aged, but remain strong and square. The dust jacket has fared less well. It is very worn, rubbed and marked, with many chips, tears and creases, particularly near and along the spine. The spine of the dust jacket is discoloured. Despite the state of the jacket, the legibility is not affected, and for the most part, it remains intact. The binding is a touch cracked, exposing the netting of the spine a touch on the first few pages. There is a previous owner's inscription on the front end page, but there are no other markings or inscriptions within, and the pages are complete and clean.
