A Very Good copy. A report about reimbursement of funds to several states who furnished militias, weapons, and related goods and services for the federal government during the War of 1812. Among those states are Virginia, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Delaware, New Hampshire, New York, and Massachusetts. The report contains statistical data and reprinted correspondence by William H.
