BH4 - A first US edition hardcover book SIGNED by author and inscribed to Otto (Otto Penzler) on the title page in very good condition in very good dust jacket that is mylar protected. Dust jacket has some wrinkling on the edges, top to bottom crease/fold on the back right side, some scattered light scratches and rubbing, light tanning and shelf wear. Book has some bumped corners, wrinkling on the spine edges, small red line on the top page edges, vertical line glue stain on the back endpaper near the hinge, some light discoloration and shelf wear. Although not marked in any way, this copy comes from the personal collection of Otto Penzler, legendary editor and founder of the Mysterious Press, an award-winning icon in the genre.
