This quaint and benign booklet (150 pages) for those hoping to move to Northern Rhodesia is in general fair condition. The cover is worn and wounded by storage and use. The cover is still colourful. It has light and storage discolouration. The corners have wear from usage and handling. Both the front and back have storage/ shelving marks. The spine has open tears to the head and foot. The cover binding secure but delicate. The contents have general foxing to the edges. Otherwise, the pages are firm to the strongly stapled binding. They are clean and clear. The back pages are creased, have discolouration from age and have small closed tears. The attached map is generally good and very clear.
