Letter is dated January 12, 1983 and measures 8 1/2" x 11." Typed note is undated and measures 5" x 3." The letter, note, handwriting, and signatures are very clean and intact. A. D. Winans (b. 1936) is an American poet, writer, and small press legend. Winans founded Second Coming Press which was based in San Francisco and operated from 1972-1989.
