Original circular printed in black ink on beige paper. No date, circa 1858. 4 3/4" x 8 1/2." Two pages (one leaf printed front and back). Circular is very clean and intact except for slight age toning, a few wrinkles, a few tiny chips along edges, and trimmed edges (for presentation; no loss of text). A Very Good copy. A circular promoting sermons by Theodore Parker (1810-1860), an American Transcendentalist and Unitarian minister. The main sermons promoted on the front have the following titles: "False and True Theology," "A False and True Revival of Religion," and "The Revival of Religion Which We Need." The back lists a number of Parker's books and pamphlets. The dates of the pamphlets range from 1848-1858. The name of a publisher, "Wm. L. Kent & Co.," is printed on front and back.. Ephemera.
