Original publisher's light green cloth binding in a multicolored, illustrated dust wrapper. Dust wrapper protected in a mylar-covered Brodart sleeve. 5 1/2" x 8." 211 pages, complete. A few black-and-white illustrations, complete. An additional page in back advertises other "Air Combat Stories." Pages and covers of book are virtually pristine and intact. Binding is tight. Pages age-toned. Slight bumping to corners of the book. Dust wrapper has several chips but most are limited to the corners, top edge, and fore-edge of front panel. Small tear on back panel. Slight wrinkling and rubbing to the dust wrapper. No remainder marks. A Fine book in a Very Good dust wrapper. Eustace L. Adams (1891-1963) was an American author, editor, and screenwriter. He served in the American Ambulance Service and United States Naval Service during World War I. During the 1930s, Adams wrote a number of aviation-related works including books 5-7 of the Air Combat Series, of which this volume is number 6.
