It discusses aspects of June 16 as a day of remembrance. There is an image of the body of Hector Peterson being carried (p.1) and the rear page is devoted to a larger version of the iconic image. It was retrieved by a journalist covering Soweto protests in the 1980's, and has been in his possession until now. Apartheid period documents of this sort are necessarily scarce.
