Basson, who died in 2012, was described as the 'chameleon of South African politics' for the number of times he changed parties. He claimed that he did not change, rather it was the parties who changed. This book, in Afrikaans throughout, is the third volume of parliamentarian and political memoirs and writings. In very good condition throughout. The cover is smart, sure and neat. The frontispage has a mild user creasing (from the signing?) but otherwise the book is pristine within.
