Lilian L. Buchanan (born 1914 died 2005 - active from c1954 and very prolific.) Worked as Lilian Buchanan,an illustrator of children's books and gift books; was the principal illustrator of H.E. Todd's 'Bobby Brewster' series.She also illustrated two other Blyton titles from this series: 'The Mystery of the Missing Man (1956) and 'The Mystery of Banshee Towers' (1966).
