Printed in ink (multiple colors) on beige paper. The letterhead lists multiple locations, but the actual letter is datelined July 18, 1922 in Minnesota. The other materials are undated. Circa 1922 for the entire collection. Business reply card measures 5 1/2" x 3 1/2." Letter and order forms: 8 1/2" x 11." Seven pages (one order form and business reply card printed front and back; the rest printed on front). Letter, order forms, and business reply card are very clean and intact except for some age toning, wrinkling, and foxing on the business reply card. Very Good copies.
