No date, circa 1904 (blank fill-in date of "190_" printed at top and "1904" mentioned in two of the line items). Location is Auburn, California. 8 1/2" x 7." Billhead is very clean and intact except for light age toning and a small red dot on front in the month column. A Fine copy. An original billhead from C. A. Crosby of Auburn, California to an anonymous client. There are nine line items. Some of the line items total the cumulative balance. Some of the other descriptions for the line items include "horse & buggy from June 9 to July 8, 1904," "hauling 1 load to mine," "team & spring wagon to mine," "horse & buggy from July 9 to Sept 8," and "team [survey?] & driver." The printed header reads, "To C. A. Crosby, Dr., Empire Livery Stable; Good Teams, Saddle Horses, Fine Carriages and Buggies. All orders in the livery business promptly attended to.
