Ten black-and-white printed maps, including inset maps or maps smaller than a two-page spread, complete. Printed colors of blue and red on maps are used for highlighting purposes. Pages are very clean and intact except for light age toning, slightly bumped corners, and a horizontal crease at center running through the whole atlas. Covers are clean and intact except for light age toning, slightly bumped corners, a horizontal crease at center running through the whole atlas, slight chipping and loosening along spine, and a small chip at crease on fore-edge of front cover. Binding is still holding. A Very Good copy. This is a road atlas showing distances (likely in miles) between different junctions on major routes in New Jersey, New York, and New England. Most of the maps are shown as two-page spreads. Any maps that are not shown as a spread or have special features such as inset maps are noted as such in brackets. The maps herein show the following places: "Northern New Jersey," "Southern New Jersey," "Southeastern New York" [includes an inset map, "Key Map of New York State"], "Northern New York," "Western New York" [one full page], "Northern New York" [half-page map], "Long Island" [half-page map], "Southern New England," and "Northern New England." Maps principally feature roads and cities. A few geographical features such as mountains and lakes are labeled; larger bodies of water are filled in with printed blue ink. Political boundaries (state lines, for example) are highlighted in printed blue ink. Some of the distances (numbers) are printed in red ink.
