Contentedly owned and in fair, relaxed condition. Half bound in leather. Cloth boards. This book was published just after the Mill had been donated to the Cape Town Historical Society and just as they began its restoration. It is now a central historic site in the city. The covers are scuffed, a little worn and rubbed. They are sure. The leather corners and spine are lightly worn and hand-polished. The titling is assured. Inside, the front and end papers appear to be 'new'. These are marked from handling and storage. The contents have evidence of ownership and storage throughout. the book is signed and inscribed by James Walton. it is numbered 151 of 740 copies. rather strangely this number puts the book is the 'deluxe' binding numbering range yet the binding of this book appears standard. there are no other inscriptions and the binding is strong. the jacket is shelf worn, a little creased and frayed at the top of the spine but it still presents very well in cellophane.. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: Hardcover. Jacket: Good
