Original promotional folding leaflet for Knox Gelatine. Text printed in black ink on white paper. Advertised book not included. 3" x 2 1/2" folded. 15 1/2" x 2 1/2" unfolded. Unpaginated, ten pages (five panels printed front and back), complete. Two lithographed color illustrations, complete. One illustration shows the front cover of the featured recipe book. The other illustration shows one of the gelatin desserts, "Fruit Cocktail Salad." Leaflet is very clean and intact except for slight age toning and the occasional small mark. A Very Good copy. A leaflet promoting a new edition of a Knox Gelatine cookbook with the title (based on illustration), "Knox Gelatine: Salads, Desserts, Pies, Candies." This leaflet originally came with a package of Knox Gelatine ("In the purchase of this package, you bought more than just a package of gelatine").
