the book is signed and inscribed by Fransen. there are no other inscriptions but there is a previous owner's bookplate under the front board and a charming card tipped in giving the history of how a previous owner funded the purchase of this book from the sale of a faithful motor car. the binding is excellent. the jacket is shelf worn, creased and marked. there are several small tears but it still presents quite well in cellophane. this is a heavy volume. extra postage will be required for postage outside of south africa.
