A FINE ASSOCIATION COPY, having belonged to Lady Mary Deborah Scott-Moncrieff (subject's wife), with her autograph name, address and October 26 1917 on the fep. Tipped in on the verso of the frontispiece is a TLS from the Billings Polytechnic Institute, thanking her for a copy of the book, and describing Sir Colin's work in glowing terms. on the back of this TLS is a list (in Lady Scott- Moncrieff's hand) of some 21 institutions to which she sent copies in August 1922 ("polite replies received"!) Tipped in on the blank verso of the plate facing p.18 is an original postcard-size photograph of Yair (subject's mother's house) and on the inside back board 4 snapshot photographs of architectural details.
