Spine features five raised bands separating six compartments, two of which hold gilt-stamped labels. This set is number 68 of only 1,000 copies done for the "Cabinet Edition". Top edge gilt; other edges are untrimmed. Would be NF condition except for presence of some minor flaws, for example, Volume I is missing a small chip to head of spine measuring approximately 1/2" by 1/4". Titles printed in red and black; each volume with its own engraved frontis. And engraved plates with printed tissue guards. Minor wear to extremities.
