First edition, limited to 750 copies designed by Jonathan Gili and printed at the Stellar Press. This copy signed by Iris Murdoch on the colophon leaf (not all copies were signed). Slim 8vo. Seven unpaginated pages of printed text sewn into plain white card wrappers with a green paper dust wrapper. Murdoch's four-page address is accompanied by a portrait frontispiece of the artist and several of his engraved vignettes, printed from the original blocks. Former owner name and date inked to the head of the inner wrapper, and obscured by the wrapper flap. A fine copy in dust wrapper, with a single near-invisible blemish and a tiny nick to the head of the spine. Uncommon. [A light item, UK postage will be reduced].. Book. Book Condition: Fine.
