A set of six books of which book Two is missing. All are in pamphlet format. No publication date but a reference to Mussolini (!) indicates the late 1920s and early 1930s. They are in benign, assured condition. All have marks and wear from handling and storage. Enthusiastically illustrated with b/w photographs of himself, Kr?ger outlines a holistic programme for a healthy man : sound body and mind. The first book has wear and marks and evidence of avid use throughout. It is secure. Book Three is slim. It too has wear, marks and scuffing all about. This too has been eagerly used. Book Four is tidier. It is comfortable and sure. The Fifth book is mildly worn. The contents are placid and amiable with some light wear. The Sixth book is the tidiest.
