Leyton and Walthamstow New Federated Synagogue was as Ashkenazi Orthodox congregation founded in 1923 and was later renamed the Queen's Road Synagogue. It closed in the late 1960's and was then incorporated into Waltham Forest Synagogue. Walthamstow is in north/northeast London, and is now in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, within the administrative area of Greater London. We could locate no copies of any edition anywhere: not on OCLC, not on KVK, not in the British Library, not using a google search. Perhaps a unique surviving copy.
