Complete. A much owned copy of this summary of the two reports into the two most infamous and historically-consequential police massacres during the apartheid years. The reports themselves were historic in that neither was a white wash, being highly critical of the police action. The cover of this copy is much worn, foxed all about. The stapled spine has been repaired, at some stage, with clear tape. The covers are resolutely assured and secure. The inside front cover has a note affixed: "The South African Institute of Race Relations wishes to acknowledge gratefully the assistance of Mr O E I Measroch, who gave generously of his time in preparing the summary of the Official Report on the Events at Sharpeville, 1960, from which the precis is taken."
