Corners lightly bumped and rubbed, spine a bit saggy, some surface soiling to covers, the edges of the portrait rubbed to the thick black border. Endpaper top 1/4 trimmed off removing a name(?). hinge between this and half-title is loosening and opened but attached. Pencil name at head of half-title. Colour frontis repeats that on cover (being Anne Shirley).
