Adams, a fellow soldier, to Barry and Patten, San Francisco saloon-keepers, in 1863. 150 copies privately printed for Thomas W. Norris in December, 1940. Also some copies without ties and donor's note. (Our copies lack the ties and donor's note.)Loose folded sheets in designed wraps. 8vo. 7-1/2 x 10-1/4 inches. [12] pp., printed on recto only. Apart from some very slight foxing and rubbing, Near Fine.
