Retold by Matty Piper, colour illustrated by Richard Walz and design and paper engineering by Keith Moseley.               Visually the exterior is exceptional and even internally,is in a more than acceptable condition/state of preservationa nd presentation for a book of its near 40 year-old ag and nature, i.e. a child's ephemeral Pop-up book. It is only the minimal fault described that prevents a higher grading. Nevertheless and despite that,it really is still an exceptional example for its cleanliness, brightness, completeness and entirety and also the lack of damage and/or detracting faults.                 Richard Walz is a published US author and an illustrator of children's books. Some of the published credits include many humorous historical Step into Reading books. He has also worked on Sesame Street and Muppet Show   storybooks, also contributing to Sesame Street Magazine in the early 1990s.                      Self-trained as a commercial artist, and a contemporary British paper engineer,Keith Moseley made his first pop-ups in the late 1950's for Bancroft, the London firm that also distributed Kubašta’s works. In the mid-1970s,he relocated to California to work for Waldo Hunt’s Intervisual Communications, then America’s most prolific and prestigious producer of pop-up books.Subsequently,Moseley became a free-lance designer, eventually forming his own pop-up production company (Compass Productions) with another former Intervisual Communications paper engineer,Dick Dudley.Today, Moseley continues to produce exquisite pop-ups from his home in North Yorkshire.                                        Please contact seller, because of the lighter weight of this item, for correct, insured shipping/P+p quotes - particularly ALL overseas customers - BEFORE ordering through the order page!                                            N.B.
