Collection of eleven original documents, namely, nine billheads printed in blue ink on beige paper and one note (on business stationery) and one financial statement printed in black ink on beige paper. All documents also have handwriting in black ink. Billheads have a small blue and white illustration of one of the store's crockery at top. All documents datelined 1900 in Sacramento, California. Billheads dated June 21 and 22, July 19 and 20, and August 2, 4, 6, and 11 (two billheads for August 11). Note and statement dated July 13 and August 1, respectively. Billheads range between 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" and 8 1/2" x 7." Note and statement each measure 5 1/4" x 8 1/4." All documents are very clean and intact overall except for light to moderate age toning, a few horizontal and vertical fold lines, slight wrinkling, a few small closed tears along edges, the small occasional mark, and a paper stub tipped in at right edge or bottom edge on back. The 8 1/2" x 7" billhead has chipping at right edge on front (not affecting text) and a 1" closed tear at top slightly affecting text and illustration. Each document and the entire collection are Very Good. A collection of nine original billheads, one note, and one Statement from Sacramento Glass & Crockery Company of Sacramento, California to Frank Kunsting of Franklin, California. The number of line items on each billhead varies between one and ten. Among the items Kunsting purchased on the billheads are "1/2 Dz 9" Bakers," "1/2 [Dz] 8" Scollops," "Pitchers," "Basins," "Mason Jars," "1/2 Doz #1 Roch. Wick," "1/2 Doz 7" Shade," "1/2 [Doz] 7" Illuminators," "1 #273 Bird Cage," "2 [Dz] 4/4 Fruits," "3 Dz 788 1/2 T J Jellies," and "1 [Shiaro?] Bread [Boat?]." The note is brief and acknowledges receipt of Kunsting's check. The statement appears to be for various dates in July and constitutes seven transactions. The printed header on each billhead reads, "Bought of Sacramento Glass & Crockery Co., Importers and Wholesale Dealers in China, Crockery, Glass and Plated Ware, Lamps, Table Cutlery, Etc., 629 J St., and 920-922 Seventh St." John Weil is named Manager on the billheads. Printed header on note: "Office of Sacramento Glass and Crockery Co., Importers of China, Crockery, Glassware, Etc., 629 J Street, 920 and 922 Seventh Street." Printed header on statement: "Statement; In Account with Sacramento Glass and Crockery Co., Importers and Wholesale Dealers in China, Crockery, Cutlery, Glass and Plated Ware, Lamps and Fancy Goods; 629 J Street and 920-922 Seventh Street.".
