Using one of the boats blank Engine#3 Log Books Stanley used about 25 of the pages to record baking related recipes for breads, cakes and dessert sauces mostly. These are geared to feeding a large number of men at a time. Included are an AFRS recipe card about bananas and a wartime pamphlet about using beans and peas in ration era meals. Overall G+..
