Stout dark green beveled boards the titles as yet in bright gilding to the spine.Binding is strong firm and intact a bit like the "Campbells" and will I am quite sure last another few hundreds of years.(The Campbell's will Two). Alas all is not perfect the bottom front corner shows wear and the cloth cover reveale the stout beveled card approx 3/8" by 1/4". there is also some chaffing at the top cloth cover by the spine.
