This hefty volume is the complete record of the Town Planning Conference in London 1910. The cloth cover is much faded and marked from usage, and shelving/ storage wear and tear. There is wear to all extremities including all corners. All corners have storage depressions. The spine is much faded with the print just about legible. The front and end papers have a previous owner stamp. The top paper trim is neat. The gilt edging here is faded but visible. The paper trim to the side and bottom edges - as per the time - are roughly trimmed. The front and back papers, which are taken up by most descriptive advertisments have some handling and storage rub markings. Both the front and back inside covers have slight cracking at the spine seam. However, the binding is firm, stoic and muscly. The protective paper page at the title page is detached at the top left hand edge. Throughout the folded plans and diagrams are in good folding condition. Pages throughout are fresh, vigorously clear and firmly attached. A loose advertisement pamphlet for another title (Civic Art)is included.
