Of this edition, 125 copies are presented by Andrew Hoyem to members of the Roxburghe and Zamorano clubs attending the Joint Meeting in Los Angeles in October 1998, and the remaining copies are for subscribers to the Arion Press, for relatives of Jack Gannon, and for others who may wish to remember him."
