Most of the text in both German and English. Original publisher's multicolored wrapper. A Reichspoft (German Postal Service) touring car is shown on the front cover parked near a building with delighted tourists walking around. Back cover shows a picturesque scene with another Reichspoft car driving on a winding road through a canyon with a river. Illustrations by "Ruffer, Dresden." No date, circa 1929. 5" x 7 1/4." Seventy-six unnumbered pages, complete. Many black and white illustrations, two black and white maps showing the Dresden rail lines, and one black, white, and orange fold-out map of Dresden and Saxony, complete. Gilt lettering on the front cover, possibly handwritten, says the following: "With best compliments of the season, A. Lamm, China House, Dresden - A." Pages and covers are very clean and intact. This is a travel book promoting tourism in Germany and the Reichspoft motor coach touring service. In the front are brief descriptions of the Reichspoft touring service and the cities and regions of Dresden, Saxon Switzerland, and eastern Erzegebirge, among others.
