I accept paypal, credit cards, US bank checks and money orders in US dollars. US Domestic shipping via USPS media mail is $4 for books under 2 pounds. US priority mail is $8 for books which fit in a flat rate envelop. Larger books are shipped at cost plus $3 handling fee. International airmail shipping is provided at cost plus $3 handling fee.
