The hinge is tight There is nice dark top stain, but with Small Stain, This has no bleed on to the pages. The leatherette is a bit dry around the edges, yet there are no cracks. Slight bowing along the ends. The endpapers are wonderful. There is a small rectangular book label on the BACK of the right side endpaper near the spine. Jacket is in Good Minus condition, toning front/spine/back and along the folds. LARGE chip at the back at the top edge at the spine. Nicks are the corners, and chips along the edges. There is a 1/8 in. vertical closed tear along the back fold.
