Navy blue boards with gilt titles. Boards restained from faded cloth. Gilt titles darkened but intact. Threads show at gutters near center of text - several are severed leaving bottom two threads intact. Boards sustained a large white stain (thus rebluing of boards?) which caused a ridge to raise to front board in an arc near front joint. Some spattering to rear board, edge and corner wear. Onionskins protecting images are in various states of disrepair, a few tears to endpapers.
