Alice Faye (1915-1998) she was a star for 20th Century-Fox beginning with WHITE'S 1935 SCANDALS (1934), ALEXANDER'S RAGTIME BAND 91938), WEEKEND IN HAVANA (1941), THE GANG'S ALL HERE (1943). In 1943 during the making of FALLEN ANGEL she got in a dispute with Zanuck who had her blackballed from the movies.
