Described hard but fairly and honestly and despite the chipping, creasing and tears,99% of dw/dj present - reads more detrimentally than actually is. For Helensburgh, local historians say that in January 1776 the lnd of Malig or Milrigs was first advertised for feuing by Sir James Colquhoun of Luss. When it had begun to be laid out as a residential district it was first still known as Mulig or simply as the New Town, but was later named by the superior in honour of his wife,Lady Helen, who was the daughter of William,Lord Strathnaver. Since April 2013,again in March 2015,and in this year too,the UK Post Office has altered it's Pricing in Proportion template, altering it's prices, weight allowances, dimensions and lowered it's qualifying compensation rates too!
